Kelly Hoppen

London interior designer and trendsetter Kelly Hoppen is a professional we admire.

  • Her books are top drawer 
  • Her designs are elegant and sublime
  • And from this side of the Atlantic, she looks like she's really having a good time. 

We know how much hard work and mental perspiration goes into crafting ahead-of-their-times interiors, but Kelly seems to pull it all off with ease. Truly admirable.

I was flipping through the April '11 issue of Family Circle one night recently at the Hospital where I work and read the PRO pointers by Kelly Hoppen. I Loved her ideas and especially all those hanging light fixture bulbs. I would appreciate knowing more about the bulbs and where I might purchase them. I recently sold my large house and downsized to a much smaller cluster-type home. My small living/dining area has a high ceiling and none of my traditional chandeliers are right for the space.... But all those hanging bulbs might just make a statement!!

I am a Nurse by profession but somewhat if a "wanna be designer". I always know what I Love when I see it but putting it all together is a different story. I watch Design and Home Improvement shows all the time .... Which is my choice of entertainment. I am going to my local Barnes and Noble Bookstore to see if they have or can order your book.

I look forward to reading all your design ideas.
