Stockholm Furniture Fair Highlights

Nicolette Brunklaus

Irwin Weiner ASID - Winter still won't give up her grip on New York City, but that only served to put us in the mood for some chilly-cool Scandinavian design from the 60th Stockholm Furniture Fair. Our old friends at Design House Stockholm were among the featured exhibitors, but we discovered some new faces and old favorites, like Marimekko and Dutch designer Nicolette Brunklaus (above). Nicolette is a featured interview - we're enamored with the way her photography finds its way on lighting, textiles, and home goods - in this video look at the fair, with host/designer Emma Elizabeth from the always-wonderful thedesignvlog.com

Here's the stunning house of anne light from Nicolette Brunklaus, featuring photos the designer took of her old boarding school before it was torn down.
