This week we're bringing you a Summer Landscape, a lovely 1935 summer work scene in a giltwood frame by Grace Thorpe Gemberling Keast from my G. Evans Ltd. Antiques shop at No. 8 Bridge Street in Lambertville, NJ. Lambertville is a true antique-hunter's paradise, and we encourage you to visit this quaint village on the Delaware River.

This painting, measuring an impressive 35.5 inches wide by 26 inches high, would make a strong statement over any fireplace, like the landscape over this bedroom fireplace in a room styled by Nina Hamilton for Coastal Living.

Charming French Couple

This week we're bringing you a Large Pair of French Andouze Pots, a pair of 39-inch high green glazed terra cotta lovelies from a Palm Beach estate. The pair of mid-20th Century pots would look great in an indoor garden room or by a swimming pool or patio wall and comes to us from our dealers at DHS Designs at 6521 Friel Road in Queenstown, Maryland.

Large pots like ours make a special statement beside a swimming pool, like the poolside pots in this Palm Beach terrace designed by fashion icon Arnold Scaasi.
